Welcome AWOL Veterans!

Welcome to Monthly Meetups, a new program offering from AWOL Angler.

Our "Monthly Meetup" trips are designed to widely expand our fishing opportunities for New Mexico Veterans throughout the year.  These trips are intended to be community building, fun and educational.

These events are open invites to Veterans, all skill levels.  Brand new to fishing?  Great!!  Come on out.  Our staff of highly regarded and skilled Guides will help you connect to these rivers and the fish that call them home.  Been fishing with us before!?  GREAT!!  Join us for a great day of fishing, meet new people, perhaps even mentor new Veterans to the program.

AWOL Angler will provide guides to assist in fishing throughout the day.  Our Guide staff will also be providing all gear needed for fishing.  We will provide coolers full of drinks, but Veterans are encouraged to bring along their own lunches to these meetups, as they are not provided.

Fishing Licenses are required.  The New Mexico Dept. of Game and Fish offers specially priced licence packages for Veterans.  These can be acquired here https://onlinesales.wildlife.state.nm.us/
